Questions

Which areas do you cover?

Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Garden City, Star, Kuna, Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton and Emmett, and the rest of the Treasure Valley. Farther out in Idaho on request.

How much does real estate photography cost in Boise?

Every property is quoted individually, based on its size, its location and what you need: interior and exterior photos, drone aerials, dusk exteriors or video. Send the address and rough square footage through the contact form and I'll reply with a quote.

How soon will I get the photos?

Turnaround is confirmed when you book, so you know exactly when the photos will be ready for the listing.

Do you shoot drone photos of listings?

Yes. I'm an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Parts of Boise and the Treasure Valley sit in controlled airspace around Boise Airport, so I check the airspace before flying and request FAA authorization where a location needs it.

How should I prepare the home for photos?

Turn on every light, open the blinds, clear kitchen and bathroom counters, put away personal photos and pet items, and move cars off the driveway. Make the beds and close the toilet lids. A tidy home photographs bigger and brighter.
